Who is Brew City Band?
Brew City Band is a 2-man Band out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin! The two owners and founding members, Zach and Dylan have both been playing music and singing for over a decade. The pair met and became quick friends in elementary school and have gone through high school and college together, and at all levels of education they have participated in various outlets of music together, including band and choir in grade, middle, and high school, and wind ensemble and jazz ensemble in college. They officially founded Brew City Band in the spring of 2025, after having both talked for years about starting a band together. They hold musical influence from artists like Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Alan Jackson, Keith Whitley, Shinedown, Linkin Park, Colter Wall, Robert Johnson, and Jerry Lee Lewis, amongst others. They are a pair of well-rounded musicians who have each dedicated over half of their life to playing and singing music and have spent years studying it.
What do they do?
Brew City Band plays at all different sorts of live events! Examples include gigs at your bar or restaurant, wedding receptions, and corporate events (Holiday parties, company anniversary or milestone events, cocktail parties, etc.). Their gigs can range from your typical live music to open mics to live karaoke. For a typical gig, they will come with a setlist but open the floor up to requests from customers to ensure that customers of your bar or restaurant get the best possible live music experience we can provide. For wedding receptions, the ball is in your court! They can come with a setlist for you, you can give them a setlist, or they’ll do a combo and your guests can request songs too. The same thing goes for corporate events. They will always have music prepared to fit the tone of the event, and are willing to learn whatever you’d like, so long as they are provided adequate notice. Prices are dependent on duration of the event, and the number of events booked in advance, with a discounted rate provided for multiple events booked in advance. The band has plans to release their first Christmas album in the late fall of 2025, and their first album of original songs sometime in early 2026.
